We had two ships at Wicklow port over the October Bank Holiday, starting with the Wilson Gdynia arriving on Friday (24thOctober) from Drogheda, to Load out a cargo of recyclable metals at the Packet pier. Loading was completed, and she departed shortly after Midday on Saturday for Liverpool. The Larrissa B arrived in the bay at the same time from Hamina via Dundee, with a part cargo of packaged timber. The pilot transferred to Larrissa B, and she went alongside the Packet pier.
The photo was taken from Radharc An Fharraige, overlooking the harbour, and I had to stand on the seat in the park and shoot through the shrubbery to get the picture.
