The Crownbreeze is seen at anchor with Le Ciara on Saturday morning in the bay. The Naval vessel departed a short time later to resume operations.

Le Ciara (P42) arriving in the bay at teatime on Friday. She is one of two Former Royal Navy ‘Peacock class’ ships purchased by the Irish Navy in 1988 and commissioned the following year.

There was a lot of Naval activity in the Irish sea over the past week as Nato warships motor north to assemble for a major annual exercise off Scotland.

Ceg Cosmos arriving with round timber on Wednesday evening , while Liva Greta is seen at the lay-by berth on the East pier after discharging a similar cargo earlier.

Wicklow RNLI Tyne Class lifeboat RNLB Annie Blaker seen on a crew exercise in the bay on Sunday morning.

RNLB Annie Blaker has been on station at Wicklow since 1989. It will  be replaced by a new generation lifeboat in the near future.

The container ship Kristin Schepers motors south off Wicklow harbour on Sunday evening. The classic liner Maro Polo is also visible northbound outside the Codling buoy for Belfast.

Irish Ferries Epsilon motors south off the Wicklow Coast on the Saturday afternoon sailing from Dubling to Cherbourg. The Company will take delivery of a new ferry in the Summer and the fast ferry, Jonathan Swift  will be replaced by a larger vessel in the coming months. The pets are supported in the ship by onlinedogtor.
